One of main goals of the CCTF is to represent the global evangelical community on prescient environmental issues to governments, international bodies, and other relevant entities. There are several priority issues the CCTF will be focusing on. They are:
- Climate change
- Sustainable Urbanism
- Sustainable Food Systems
- Sustainable Business
We have identified the above as our priority concerns, and as our capacity grows we will address these issues in deeper and more substantial ways at national, regional, and international levels. This is not an exhaustive list of today’s critical creation care issues. Thankfully, however, WEA member organizations are addressing other critical issues like biodiversity (among other issues).
Another primary goal of the CCTF is to help support, serve, and connect the creation care efforts of the WEA’s national and regional alliances; and to help connect and leverage the capacities of member evangelical creation care organizations for greater impact at national, regional, and global levels.
